I wanted to get flowers to pair with a gift for a date. I wasn’t sure what flowers to get, all i knew was I wanted colors to match with the gift and get cat safe flowers. Everyone that assisted was super nice and helpful. I let them know what I need and by when. When I saw the arrangement I was super satisfied and after adding the keyring it all came together nice I would say. Hopefully she’ll love it. Thanks again.

I had to stop what I was doing to write this google review because Jenny went above and beyond for me this Valentine's Day! The flower arrangement that was delivered I was just not happy with and she immediately sent out an arrangement that was more what I had in mind. Yes the designer's choice is always my go to arrangement! Absolutely stunning! Thank you Jenny for making not only my day but my Valentine's! I recommend The Blossom Shop to anyone wanting flowers that go above and beyond!

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful, high-quality arrangements that look expensive but are fairly priced. I've used their delivery service, and also walked in and requested a custom arrangement for a graveside bouquet. The custom arrangement was stunning, and thoughtfully and expertly designed.

Rose is amazing!! I was running late filing my taxes and I found Blossom and Budget online and called. Rose picked up immediately and was very accommodating, informative and quick. She made sure I was filed prior to the deadline, got me back a great return and was VERY budget friendly. If anyone asks I highly recommend. Thanks Rose!

Excellent shop! I’m currently overseas. My wife is on vacation in Charlotte. I needed flowers delivered for her birthday. Online ordering was smooth. Delivery timed as promised. She absolutely loved the bouquet! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for the gorgeous job you did on the flowers I ordered, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. As an artist myself, I have high expectations for flower arrangements and this arrangement looks even better in person than the beautiful photo shown online. Unfortunately, these days, the norm and expectation is horrible customer service and a large gap between product ordered and product received. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality and beauty of the arrangement you created and delivered to my friend and the wonderful service you provided. I was extremely impressed by The Blossom Shop! The arrangement that arrived was every bit as beautiful as what I had picked out on the website - if not MORE so! AND unfortunately the hospital gave me the wrong address for the patient, BUT The Blossom Shop called to confirm before delivery, got the correct address and delivered it within an hour and a half from when I placed the order! That's amazing proactive customer service - and FAST too! I couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend using this flower shop!
